I am writing to share with you some good news – I just got a summer internship offer from Morgan Stanley IBD in London Office. I just want to say thank you so much for the program and I really believe it gave me a good leverage in interviews. I have not yet chosen the team but I will talk to more people and get a better understanding of different team dynamics. So far, I have heard very different perspectives, mainly arguing about industry teams or execution teams. Some say that industry teams take better care of interns because the work is not as hectic, some say that execution teams usually tend to take all the credits and are the ones who see the transactions done. I am wondering which one is a better place to start with although I am not picky at all and am open to all options. Again, thank you very much! – Siyuan Tang
